Event aims to boost interest in organisational culture

Lumien, a data-led people platform that specialises in empowering individuals, teams and businesses to perform at their best, will be hosting an invite-only event at the end of the month.

Culture Club is aimed at business owners or leaders who want to attract and keep the right talent to succeed in 2023, as well as those interested in organisational culture, how it forms and how to influence it.

Lumien says that more than half of business leaders agree with the statements - 'It's hard to recruit the right people ' and 'Keeping the best people is so hard '. Recruitment and retention have shot to the top of the priority list for many organisations. Culture Club investigates how to improve on these areas, with data-driven, industry leading people programs.

Bringing together a small group of leaders facing similar challenges and with similar interests, this is a unique opportunity for peer networking, learning and growth.

The event will work through real-life challenges from attendees, adding value and learning together. Each session also includes an informative, short talk from an industry expert to help improve individuals ' culture.

Hosted at Eighteen - Birmingham's exclusive new members-only business lounge, bar, and roof terrace in the 103 Colmore Row development, from 4pm-6pm on 25 January 2023 (with optional drinks afterwards).

The event is free, but invite only. Attendees must agree to share a people or culture issue in their business, participate actively and keep everything confidential.
