Event focuses on putting Lichfield back on the map
A Chamber event being held next month will explore how Lichfield businesses can draw in trade and tourism following the effects of the pandemic.
The event is part of the month-long Chamber campaign for the Festival of Business, held by the Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber of Commerce and supported by headline sponsor Aston University.
The online event, titled 'The Return of Tourism in Lichfield and Tamworth' will take place on 4 June at 12pm.
Hosts will discuss with local companies how they are marketing outwardly to the UK and how the sector has fared since reopening after the pandemic.
Attendees will hear from a range of speakers working in Lichfield's tourism sector, including Lisa Clemson (pictured), tourism manager at Visit Lichfield, Damian Thantrey, director of Lichfield Festival and Rob Holder, head of service at Tamworth Castle.
The event will also welcome questions to the panel before breaking out into networking rooms to engage with fellow businesses and discuss and reflect on the themes raised.
The event will be free to all members and non-members.
