Eventmasters appointed to supply hospitality at home of Scottish rugby
Eventmasters – the Birmingham-based sports hospitality suppliers – have announced a new hospitality appointment for 2026.
The Scottish Rugby Union, through their hospitality arm Murrayfield Experience, have appointed Eventmasters as an Official Hospitality Supplier for the upcoming Guinness 6 Nations Championships.
The appointment coincides with an exciting period for Scottish Rugby, who will play England in the Calcutta Cup fixture on Saturday 14 February and current champions France on Saturday 7 March.
Eventmasters will promote matchday experiences at Scottish Gas Murrayfield for both 6 Nations Internationals including the on-site Rowan Suite and the adjacent official hospitality village.
Guests will enjoy a matchday offering featuring a premium three-course meal, exclusive pre- and post-match entertainment, appearances from rugby legends past and present and great seats for the matches.
Denise Sheasby, CEO of the Eventmasters Group, said: “We are delighted to be working with the Scottish Rugby Union.
“Murrayfield is a fantastic venue and we look forward to hosting our clients in a variety of excellent facilities.
“Rugby Union has always been a major part of the hospitality inventory offered to clients, to be involved in another Calcutta Cup is a perfect way to get the season underway.”
Mark Penn, director of hospitality at Scottish Rugby, said: “I have worked with Eventmasters previously and felt that they would be a perfect fit for The Murrayfield Experience.
“Their sales and marketing skills within the corporate hospitality industry are there as a testament to their success during 40 years of experience.
“We are delighted to welcome them as an official agent here at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.”
The announcement marks another milestone for Eventmasters who are currently celebrating a 40th anniversary.
