The everywomanPower90 workshops have proven popular this year that everywoman has expanded their offering to now have 40 different topics designed by their expert trainers across a broad range for women at all stages of their careers.
Each 90-minute workshop is delivered virtually and is lively and interactive with activities to bring the team together, to inspire and motivate them.
The sessions are structured around a combination of expert teaching and interaction and can support the community to grow in their development and in their aspirations.
As well as bringing teams together, these modules may support employee resource groups in providing virtual events for their members and to increase engagement and membership.
Sessions have been divided into two series, the Career Topic Series and the Career Milestones series, which organisations can commission one-off workshops or the entire series to support their internal L&D curriculum.
The Career Milestones Series is designed to suit groups across different stages of their career journey to advance to the next level, from launching careers to leaping into leadership, returning to work and peri/menopause.
The career topic series focuses on certain areas relevant for your team such as self-awareness, wellbeing, communication, career development and more.
