Executive coach joins prestigious Forbes council
Birmingham-based executive coach and founder of Armour Coaching, Bob Armour, has been selected as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
The invitation-only community brings together experienced business and leadership coaches from across the world to contribute insights and expertise to Forbes, reaching senior executives and decision-makers globally.
Bob’s selection reflects over two decades of senior leadership experience in blue-chip IT and telecommunications organisations, combined with his work supporting founders, executives and leadership teams across the UK, Europe and the United States.
Bob said: “I’m proud to represent both the Midlands and the UK within an international coaching community of this calibre.
“Leadership is complex, particularly in fast-growth and high-pressure environments. The opportunity to contribute practical, commercially grounded perspectives to a global audience is something I value greatly.”
Armour Coaching works with organisations navigating business transformation, leadership development and team alignment. Known for a direct and structured approach, Bob focuses on helping leaders strengthen decision-making, execution and accountability at senior level.
His first article for Forbes Coaches Council, ‘After the Decision: What Really Drives Leadership Success’, explores a challenge familiar to many leaders - the tendency to over-weight decisions while under-investing in the execution that follows.
Drawing on real-world experience, the article highlights how leadership is ultimately revealed in action, adjustment and follow-through.
The milestone comes at a significant point in Armour Coaching’s growth, as the firm continues to expand its presence in the US market while maintaining a strong Midlands base.7
