Experienced recycling professional joins Willshee's

Burton-based Willshee 's Waste and Recycling has appointed Simon Lowe as its new commercial manager.

Simon (pictured) has more than eight years ' experience of the recycling sector. He has specialist knowledge of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) production and was responsible for securing recovery routes in the UK and in Europe in his previous role as senior project manager at Geminor.

Prior to that, he managed a Materials Recovery Facility and household waste recycling centres for Veolia.

Dean Willshee, managing director of Willshee 's, commented: “Simon has excellent knowledge of the waste and utilities industries. He is skilled in environmental awareness, waste management, waste to energy process as well as operational and project management.
