An expert panel of speakers will tell their inspirational stories of opportunity, resilience and business growth at a free event to mark a new post-Brexit era for the West Midlands.
The West Midlands Growth Hubs have joined forces with the online platform Findit, the West Midlands Combined Authority and the Department for International Trade to hold its first event of the year called Business After Brexit: A New Chapter for the West Midlands on Tuesday 16 March from 11am to 12.30pm.

Jenny Campbell, former banker turned entrepreneur, founded ATM provider YourCash, which she bought as a loss-making subsidiary from Royal Bank of Scotland in 2010, and drew upon the skills and experience she had gained during her 30-plus years at NatWest and RBS to lead an extensive turnaround programme and impressive growth strategy across Europe.

Mr Andy Street, who chairs the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), said: “Now we have the deal with the European Union that the West Midlands so desperately needed, it is important that businesses make the most of it.
“Whilst there remains plenty of challenges for businesses in the post-Brexit world, there are also plenty of opportunities that must be seized with both hands. That is why the West Midlands Combined Authority is so keen to support this event, and I am pleased to have been asked along as one of the guest speakers. ”
