Festival of Work hailed a success

Leadership Coaching organisation The Leadership Coaches exhibited at the CIPD Festival of Work and have since noted an uptake in interest for leadership coaching, leadership and development programmes, and their own course, Developing a Coaching Style.

Held at London Olympia, the team - including director of coaching Zo� Lewis (pictured) along with coaches Terry, Ian, Dominique, virtual assistant Sorcha, marketing manager Rebekah, and Melissa - spent two days greeting and meeting attendees from all over the country.

Originally due to launch at the event back in 2020, CIPD Festival of Work proved to be a huge success for the team. Since attending, The Leadership Coaches have had and booked an increasing number of calls, with prospective clients arranging no-obligation consultations and needs analysis with Zo� to discuss their coaching requirements in greater detail.

Speaking on the success of the two-day event, Zo� Lewis said: “We had an amazing time meeting current and new clients at the Festival of Work. The topics in the seminars were full of richness and complemented the services we offer to grow and develop talent within organisations. We also heard from people how they love our values, and that has driven an incredible influx of meetings over the past few weeks. ”

In addition to this news, The Leadership Coaches say they are delighted to have recently signed a new global client, with the team currently preparing to work on their future leader 's programme as expert leadership coach.
