Fieldfisher reports 16 per cent revenue growth as firm invests in regional expansion
The Birmingham office of law firm Fieldfisher has reported 16 per cent revenue growth for the 12 months ending 31 March, 2026.
This number outperforms the firms overall UK growth during a year marked by strategic investment, partner hires and a move to the new offices at 2 Chamberlain Square, Paradise.
The strong performance forms part of Fieldfisher's wider financial results, which saw the European law firm increase firmwide revenue to £398 million, up 4 per cent on the previous financial year, while continuing to invest across its international platform, technology and people.
During the year, the Birmingham office strengthened its capabilities through the appointment of real estate partner Rebecca Maxwell and technology and data partner Sarah Riding, reflecting growing client demand across key sectors including real estate and technology.
The office also advised on a number of significant matters during the year, including winning the best small deal award at the West Midlands Insider Rainmakers Awards for the corporate team's work advising Opus Safety, and successfully acting for Gardner Aerospace Group in High Court litigation which established multiple breaches of directors' and contractual duties by former director Tony Upton.

Fieldfisher's Birmingham results contribute to a strong year for the firm's UK business, with growth also recorded in Manchester and London.
Across its international network, the firm expanded into Poland and Portugal, strengthened its Irish business through its merger with Regan Wall LLP, invested further in its Belfast operations and continued to enhance its technology and AI capabilities.
Firmwide, revenue reached £398 million for the year ending 31 March 2026.
During the year, the firm appointed 40 new partners, expanded its European footprint to 28 offices across 14 countries and continued investment in innovation through the growth of Fieldfisher X and the launch of a firmwide AI strategy.
