Finance firm achieves top employer status for second year
Solihull-based BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK has been recognised as one of the top employers in the country for the second year running.
This makes the branch the fifth European division of BNP Paribas Personal Finance to achieve Top Employer status for the second year in a row, meaning the wider BNP Paribas Personal Finance group was also named a Top Employer in Europe for 2022. Only companies certified in a minimum of five European countries are awarded this special recognition.
Being named as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute (the global authority on recognising excellence in People Practices) showcases BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK 's dedication to a better world of work and reinforces the company 's commitment to be a role model employer.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics ranging from talent acquisition to wellbeing.
The topic score breakdown shared by the Top Employers Institute revealed that BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK scored 100 per cent in eight topic areas for 2022: Values, Ethics & Integrity, Business Strategy, People Strategy, Organisation & Change, Digital HR, Performance and Engagement.
