Finance firm makes new senior hire

Blythe Valley-based Jerroms Corporate Finance has strengthened its Corporate Finance team with the appointment of a new director.

Working alongside managing director Paul Heaven and the rest of the team, David will focus on expanding the business ' portfolio across the Midlands and further afield.

David is a chartered accountant and joins Jerroms Corporate Finance from the corporate finance teams of Aston Lark, Hazlewoods and Watersheds where he served as manager, associate director and partner over the past seven years.

Prior to this David had many years ' experience in small, medium and large companies in senior finance roles up to CFO and is therefore uniquely placed to support business at all stages of their journey.

David joins the team having successfully completed a wide variety of acquisitions, mergers, MBOs, MBIs and fundraising deals across the region. ”
