Finance specialists celebrate early career success with two school leavers achieving diplomas
Financial planning experts TrinityBridge are celebrating a significant early careers milestone, with Charles Anthony and Jamie Sutton achieving their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).
Having joined the firm’s Wealth Planning School Leaver Programme in 2024, Charles and Jamie, both aged 20, are now among a very small number of individuals in the UK to hold the qualification at this age. Their success is made even more impressive by passing all exams at the first attempt.
The TrinityBridge programme combines practical, hands-on experience with structured learning and professional support, designed to accelerate the development of future financial planners while widening access to the profession.
Katie Craddock, wealth planning strategy manager at TrinityBridge, said: “The TrinityBridge Wealth Planning School Leaver Programme allows us to invest in the long-term future of our industry while strengthening our own business.
“We are developing talented individuals early, broadening access to our profession, building practical capability and nurturing future Financial Planners who are trained in our culture and our values.
“We are widening the talent pool, bringing fresh perspectives into wealth management, and creating a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals who reflect the clients and communities we serve.”
Charles Anthony said: “Becoming Diploma qualified at such a young stage in my career is something I’m really proud of.
“The programme has given me both the technical knowledge and confidence to grow professionally, and it’s accelerated my development far beyond what I expected at this point.”
Jamie Sutton added: “TrinityBridge has supported me wholeheartedly whilst encouraging me to complete my Diploma exams and providing me with valuable experience.
“The fact that I am the youngest in this position at my firm makes me immensely proud. I see this as a fantastic grounding for what will hopefully be a successful career in the industry.”
Both colleagues will now progress into paraplanner roles as they continue their journey towards Chartered status.
