Newlife, the Charity for Disabled Children, is encouraging businesses to take part in their corporate volunteering days, which will be announced soon.

The charity offers a mix of activities that can align with an organisation’s objectives around community and staff engagement.

Corporate volunteering or team building days can also help boost employee engagement, help develop new skills, and boost morale while enhancing brand image.

Newlife has its HQ in Cannock along with three stores and their Volunteer Opportunity Centre.

There are a further seven stores across the UK, all selling brand new stock donated by High Street brands.

The charity organises their corporate takeover on a six-week basis, and firms are encouraged to volunteer and make a difference.

Laura Povey, Newlife’s corporate partnerships executive, said: “Volunteering with Newlife is a great way to have fun together outside of the office environment and do something different.

“There are so many benefits for organisations and we have had some amazing feedback from those who have already worked with us.

“We can also tailor these events to meet your needs, so don’t miss out, just get in touch to reserve your time with us!
