First Intuition Birmingham joins new professional development group

Accountancy and finance training provider First Intuition Birmingham has joined Continua Learning Group, bringing together expertise in finance, data, AI and professional skills.

Continua Learning Group brings together First Intuition, Decoded and SkillsLab under a single group to develop professionals across a whole career.

The group launch follows the acquisition of Decoded by FI Group Holdings Ltd, the parent company of First Intuition. 

It comes against a backdrop of rapid technological change, accelerating AI adoption, economic uncertainty and shifting workforce expectations, where skills that organisations need from their people are changing faster than traditional professional development has kept pace with.

Under the group, First Intuition will provide training for professional accountancy and finance, Decoded for data and AI capability, and SkillsLab for professional and human skills.

First Intuition, SkillsLab and Decoded will continue to operate under their own brands, with the specialised teams and personal client relationships that businesses value from working with First Intuition.
