Fitness specialist launches new event to encourage a happy and engaged workforce

A new event has been launched by fitness experts Hussle to explore how to build a happier and engaged workforce.

The event – featuring a series of inspiring talks and networking - will take place at x+why foundry tomorrow from 1pm to 6 pm.

It will bring together HR professionals, SMEs, and small business owners for an afternoon of networking and thought leadership focused on workplace wellbeing.

Attendees can gain insights from Gary Parsons, founder of Selfish Thinking; Rosey Donovan, HR inclusive recruitment specialist; Mark Woodward, head of workplace adjustments at Neurobox; and Elliot Foster, head of wellbeing strategy at SuperWellness.

Claudio Owusu, sales manager at Hussle, said: "The way we work is shifting faster than most organizational cultures can keep up with.

“Our goal with the 'Wellbeing Workout: On Tour' is to move the conversation beyond basic perks and look at how things like neuro-inclusion, sustainable leadership, and inclusive recruitment will be the primary drivers of business productivity by 2026.

“We’re excited to bring Birmingham’s HR leaders together at the x+why Foundry to build a more resilient regional workforce.”
