Fleet management firm claims major innovation award

Fleet management and vehicle leasing business, runyourfleet.com, has achieved a big win at the Birmingham Innovation Awards.

The event at Edgbaston Stadium celebrated businesses, organisations and individuals who are dedicated to innovation from across the region.

And Henley-in-Arden headquartered runyourfleet.com was named Tech Innovator of the year 2022 for their fresh and adaptable fleet management platform.

Re-launched last year, the completely new cloud-based system has been developed in-house by the company 's own software engineers to meet the needs of a wide customer base.

Managing director Steve Whitmarsh (pictured) said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised with such a prestigious award.

“Our team have worked tirelessly to build a platform that meets the needs of our customers. Importantly, it forms the foundation for more developments we have in the pipeline to deliver yet more savings and better services to businesses of any size. ”

Founded in 2011, runyourfleet.com provides a wide range of products and services including fleet management, vehicle leasing, licence checking, daily rental and grey fleet management for over 30,000 vehicles on behalf of 1,200 businesses.

It was the first business to offer a subscription-based service to help companies of any size save time and costs and to remain compliant from a duty of care perspective when running their company fleet.
