Flexeserve strengthens US company with new operations manager
Flexeserve Inc, the US arm of Midlands-headquartered hot-holding experts Flexeserve, have enhanced their team with the addition of Ericka Randell as operations manager.
Erica brings extensive experience, leadership and enthusiasm to the role, working with a range of firms from a global specialty ingredients manufacturer to architectural high‑performance glazing and bespoke lava stone products.
Along the way, she has balanced raising her family while mentoring colleagues and friends. These experiences have shaped her into a multifaceted leader with an exceptional skill set.
