Flexeserve presses ahead with global plans
Midland manufacturer Flexeserve is flexing its muscles on the global stage - with a new Canadian distributor and the launch of new innovations at the world 's largest retail trade fair.
The hot-holding manufacturer and food to go specialist has announced that as part of its American expansion strategy it has chosen Permul as its sole distributor.
As one of Canada 's top three national distributors, Permul has been bringing state of the art foodservice equipment to operators for over 30 years.
Flexeserve, which already partners global brands including Amazon Go, QuikTrip, Circle K and others, is due to open a new US headquarters with Culinary Support Centre in Dallas serving North, Central and South America.
President of the Americas at Flexeserve Inc, Dave Hinton, said: “Canada represents a massive opportunity for Flexeserve to transform hot food operations in this territory forever. We 're delighted to have Permul on board, as we expand our support for customers across the Americas.
“This relationship will allow us to provide our world-leading service and hot-holding equipment across the diverse range of markets Permul is well known for supplying. ”
Adam Dyer, director of culinary for the Americas, said: “Permul has an excellent team of culinary specialists that will ensure Canadian Flexeserve customers can maximise the benefits of our technology to sell more and waste less. ”
Meanwhile, the Midland based group has also revealed it is launching an evolution of its Flexeserve Solution - the industry 's only hot-holding service - at the world 's largest retail trade fair, EuroShop, in Dusseldorf.
Warwick Wakefield, director of Customer Experience at Flexeserve, said: “We 're so excited to return to EuroShop - it 's a major global event for our industry and one that can influence the strategies of retailers around the world.
“We 're bringing our range of industry-leading hot-holding units, featuring Flexeserve Zone, now recipient of the Queen 's Award for Innovation 2022. Equally, our team of experts has grown significantly in the past few years - and that 's why, beginning at EuroShop, we can offer our customers a new Flexeserve Solution. ”
Dirk Wissmann, Flexeserve 's operational support and development manager, said: “We 're looking forward to welcoming operators to the stand to discuss their hot food and demonstrate our new Flexeserve Solution.
“Enhancing how we help customers to 'make it a reality ' is a major aspect of Flexeserve Solution 's progression. ”
