Food and beverage order app now available at Cadbury World
Hospitality, leisure and lifestyle order and pay app Zapaygo is flourishing across the Midlands as it 's now live at Cadbury World in Birmingham.
Thanks to Zapaygo, visitors to popular tourist attraction Cadbury World, can now order and pay on the app from their table while dining at the Cadbury World Caf.
Visitors are advised to download Zapaygo prior to their arrival and when on site.
They will be permitted to use the venue 's free WiFi by connecting to the Cadbury World Guest network.
Parents and guardians minding their young ones can place their orders digitally and have their refreshments delivered directly to the table in plenty of time, so they can get back to discovering all the chocolatey attractions Cadbury World has to offer.
Mike Fisher, vice chairman of Zapaygo, said: “We are absolutely delighted with another incredible partnership.
“We are very fortunate to already be working with Amadeus at venues like Dudley Zoo and across the NEC Group, but to be chosen again to provide additional support to assist with the site 's customer service through technology is fantastic.
“We have seen how Zapaygo can keep people connected and engaged with other venues, so we believe this will be a great success for Cadbury World too.
“The Zapaygo app allows diners to have instant access to menus without the need to queue - this is a great way to encourage contactless transactions and minimising the risk of spreading Covid-19. ”
Kevin Watson, managing director at Amadeus, said: “We 're delighted to be rolling out Zapaygo at Amadeus ' offering at Cadbury World.
“Used at the attraction 's much-loved Cadbury World Caf, Zapaygo works alongside our cashless strategy, meaning visitors can order and receive their food without leaving their seats.
“Our partnership is going from strength to strength, having already installed the technology at the NEC, ICC, Vox Conference venue and Birmingham 's two arenas. ”
