Football club partnership to benefit NSPCC
Birmingham City football club has announced a joint partnership with mechanical engineering company 'V' Installations Mechanical Handling Ltd and charity the NSPCC.
Longstanding Blues fan, Gary Fox from 'V' Installations has entered into this partnership agreement with the football club with the aim to donate all advertising assets and fundraising opportunities to the charity.
The partnership will bring together three parties to provide the charity with the chance to raise brand awareness through its presence on the club's website, LED advertising assets and matchday advertising inventory, giving it a global presence.
In addition, the move will provide the NSPCC with the opportunity to further build relationships in the local community and, together with the club, 'V' Installations and Birmingham City Community Trust, activate fundraising opportunities over the course of the of the season.
Gary Fox, managing director at 'V' Installations, added: “With the new ownership and stewardship hopefully taking Birmingham City back to the place we all believe a club with its background an its support base within the city deserves to be, and the community engagement highlighted by Tom Wagner with the official announcement, this was the perfect opportunity to enhance our partnership with Birmingham City and its charity partner the NSPCC.
“Together I hope we can make a small difference to the lives of some of the children that engage with Birmingham City and with the support provided by the charity's various platforms.”
