Former CEO launches new systemic team coaching service
Stourbridge-based executive coach and former CFO Bruno Vinel has launched a new systemic team coaching service for senior leadership teams and boards.
An accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level, Bruno holds a certification in systemic team coaching and brings more than 37 years of experience leading teams as an executive across industries, geographies and cultures.
The service addresses a challenge many senior teams face under pressure: missing targets, becoming misaligned on priorities, decision-making and accountability, working in silos across functions or geographies, avoiding difficult conversations, and struggling to make decisions quickly and confidently together.
It is designed for leadership teams navigating change, complexity or high-stakes decisions - from new strategies and organisational redesign to rapid growth, process transformation, or a loss of trust and resilience during sustained change.
Bruno Vinel (pictured) said: “I work with the team as a whole system, not just a collection of individuals.
“Across a series of sessions, I create a calm, structured space where teams can pause, reflect honestly, learn together what works and does not, and tackle the issues that really matter to their performance and stakeholders’ relationships.
“My focus is always on practical outcomes and shared habits they can take back into their day-to-day work — whether that’s a full coaching programme, an intensive offsite, or a targeted intervention tailored to where the team is right now.”
A CEO Bruno coached through an organisational transition said: “Bruno met complexity with clarity, skill, and remarkable steadiness.
“For any senior leader navigating organisational change or a leadership transition, I would recommend him without reservation.”
