Former Chamber president hosts event to aid exporters

Meriden MP and former Chamber president Saqib Bhatti is holding an event offering businesses guidance to export and grow internationally.

The West Midlands Parliamentary Export Programme is supported by the Department for International Trade and aims to give guidance and tools required by firms to export and grow.

The online session hosted by Mr Bhatti (pictured) takes place on 9 April (8.30am to 9.30am).

It is part of a wider series hosted by MPs from across the region.

Mr Bhatti said: "Whether you have never exported before, have exported in the past or are a current exporter, this webinar is for you.

"During this session, you will receive tailored updates from HMRC and the Department for International Trade on exporting after Brexit.

"You will hear from panellists including a local exporter, an International Trade Adviser and an Export Finance Manager on the guidance and tools available for you to grow your business internationally, taking advantage of the new trade agreements across the world."
