Forum to focus on leading a multi-generational workforce

The People Leaders Forum organised by recruitment firm PYVITAL and Gateley legal will return next month to explore the generational dynamics in the workplace.

Happening at Gateley HQ from 4.30 to 8pm on 9 July, the forum will include a summer BBQ alongside networking opportunities.

The forum comes during a time where teams often span five different generations and current leadership is required to balance a wide mix of communication styles, values, and expectations.

While this diversity can be a source of tension, it also presents a huge opportunity for innovation, cross-generational learning and stronger team culture, if managed well.

The forum brings together senior HR and people leaders from across sectors for candid, high impact conversations.

Attendees will hear from keynote speaker Dr Zara Whysall, research and impact director at business psychology consultancy Kiddy & Partners, who will offer expert insight on how to navigate generational dynamics with confidence and compassion.

Leanne Perry, Director at PYVITAL, said: “We launched the People Leaders Forum to bring HR and people leaders together in a space that’s real, relevant and reflective of the challenges they face every day.

“The response has been fantastic, there’s clearly an appetite for this kind of event and we’re excited to see how the next session builds on that momentum.”

This event is free to attend, but spaces are limited.
