Free courses on offer at college's digital skills centres
South Staffordshire College are providing the opportunity to train and study for free through one of their new Digital Skills Centres situated at their Tamworth and Cannock colleges.
With a variety of courses on offer that range across a variety of digital disciplines, the college are running courses in the daytime and evening across both campuses. Courses include web design (UI/UX), computer networking (CISCO) or coding bootcamp courses .
Additionally, there is the opportunity to gain a variety of industry recognized Microsoft and Adobe qualifications (such as the Microsoft Office Specialist courses). The only caveat for these free course offers is that registration onto course (or more than one course if you would like to attend more ) must occur no later than Monday the 31 of January.
Rob Mclaughlin, Digital Skills manager at South Staffordshire College said: "The development of the Digital Skills Hubs provide a state-of-the-art facilities and a approach in providing digital skills for individuals, businesses and organizations across the South Staffordshire/Greater Birmingham area providing everything from entry level user skills such as Essential Digital Skills, through to highly specialized computing provision, mapped directly to the areas of digital development and growth (and in turn roles and jobs) within our region."
