Free online business session offered for Chamber members

Chamber members can now get a free online business coaching session from Cerium Coaching.

The online drop-in session will be held via Zoom on Thursday, 30 March from 12 pm to12.45 pm

The coaching firm was established during the pandemic to offer coaching and mentoring support to small business owners looking to develop and retain their employees.

Its founders are all accredited ICF coaches, each with over 30 years ' experience in senior leadership roles in UK & International organisations for small, medium and large businesses.

The firm can help in managing change, team collaboration, engagement and motivation, personal development, improved well-being and work-life balance.

The team at Cerium Coaching believe that getting to know your employees and understanding their challenges and career aspirations is key to building better relationships with them for the benefit of the business and their own personal development.
