Freeths advises on investment into tech-enabled law firm
Freeths has advised leading listed private equity and real asset manager Foresight Group on its significant investment into Montpellier Legal Limited, a rapidly expanding tech-enabled conveyancing law firm.
This is the first investment made by Foresight from its flagship South West Fund, which is dedicated to supporting businesses across the region.

The Freeths team was led by corporate director Lottie Hugo (pictured) who worked alongside Banking & Finance partner Ben Moylan.
