Freight forwarding firm strengthens commercial team
Millennium Cargo, a family run freight forwarding firm based in Birmingham, has appointed Sam Swift (pictured) as their latest business development manager.
Sam first entered freight in 2007 as an airfreight operations clerk and has built a career spanning airfreight, ocean freight, operations, business development and branch management, working across both corporate and independent freight forwarders.
He has held various business development roles since 2017, building his knowledge of ocean freight before and later taking on an office manager role.
Over the coming years, Sam is set to help build Millennium Cargo’s commercial team, create new opportunities and contribute to the company’s continued growth while ensuring the business remains true to the values and personal approach that have got it this far.
