Future Faces member promoted to associate at solicitors

A Future Faces member has been promoted into the Associates group at Fletchers Solicitors.

Becca Horley joined Fletchers solicitors in September 2025 following the acquisition of the Shoosmiths Serious Injury team where she spent six years training and developing her career.

In her new role as associate, Becca will continue to handle complex medical negligence cases, using her specialist expertise to support clients while also contributing to the development of colleagues, strengthening relationships across the profession and supporting the continued growth of Fletchers’ serious injury and medical negligence team

Alongside her legal achievements, Becca has been recognised externally for her contributions to the profession, including winning the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Award 2025 and being ranked third in the UK’s Top 100 Legal LinkedInfluencer list.
