Future Faces member takes the next step with role promotion

Future Faces member Rory Pickin recently shared that he has been promoted to Regional Marketing Manager- North and South Europe at Rohlig Logistics.

Rory, who has worked for Rohlig Logistics for the last four years, previously covered North Europe, including Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands and the UK, will now also cover Ireland (added to North Europe), France, Italy and Spain.

Speaking about his promotion, Rory said: “I want to thank Gary Pryke for the opportunity to grow and for platforming me across the Röhlig Logistics network. Additonally, Robert Lawry and Rachael Longley along with Gary for bringing me to Röhlig four years ago as the UK Sales and Marketing Assistant and for all the advice and guidance ever since.

“In July 2023, I was given the opportunity to drive the marketing strategy across North Europe in my role as Regional Marketing Executive - North Europe. I am so excited to be added to the South Europe team after a relatively short time.

“Of course, a huge thank you to Nicolas Biard and Carsten Jessen for having me onboard. I look forward to working with you and the team!”

Rory was also the winner of the Sales, Marketing and Communications category at the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards 2024. He has also spoken as a guest on the Future Faces podcast. Find the full episode below:
