Future Faces strengthens presidential team
The Future Faces Chamber of Commerce (FF) has re-elected Sabah Hussain as vice president of the division and has also welcomed committee member Yung Lau to the presidential team.
Sabah Hussain is a business architect and coach at Corella and has been a member of Future Faces for almost three years. She is also a Charity Board Trustee for Birmingham & Solihull Women 's Aid and has her own Youtube Channel 'SABAHx Talks ' where she shares insight on personal development and mindset.
Sabah also won the Future Face of Industry award in 2019 and received the Outstanding Young Talent Award at the Solihull Chamber Awards 2021.
On being re-elected as vice president, Sabah said: “Future Faces is an incredibly important network that 's close to my heart. I have been fortunate to receive so many amazing opportunities where I 've been able to meet fascinating people, challenge myself in a safe environment and grow further out of my comfort zone. Being re-elected as Vice President means the world to me as I get to continue using this platform to inspire others, raise the profile of our members and enhance my personal and professional development. It 's our 10th anniversary this year too so there will be plenty more to celebrate. ”
This year the Future Faces committee have elected Yung Lau to the presidential team, also acting as vice-president alongside Sabah, Kasim Choudhry and president Jaccy Datta.
Yung is a strategic consultant at Jacobs and has been a member of the FF committee for the last year. He was crowned the Future Face of Industry and became Future Faces Champion in 2021. In November 2021 he also received the Outstanding Young Achiever of the Year award at the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABBC) awards.
Yung said: “Being a part of Future Faces has been an incredible journey, from meeting fantastic individuals outside my industry network to the great Continuous Professional Development sessions and outstanding recognition. It is an honour to be elected as Vice President and be given the opportunity to inspire and support our president, Jaccy Datta, and all the members throughout the Future Faces ' 10th anniversary. ”
