Games legacy director among key speakers at football club event
Birmingham City Football Club is inviting businesspeople to its first 'Blues Business Club ' event of the season, celebrating the legacy of the Commonwealth Games.
The Blues Business Club, sponsored by Zoo Accounting and Business Solutions, is the club 's corporate offering - bringing together like-minded businesses and individuals from across the West Midlands, forging long-lasting relationships.
For the first Blues Business Club event of the 2022/ 23 season, Nicola Turner MBE, director of legacy for Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games will be delivering a key talk on the impact and opportunities sparked by the Games.
Joining her, is heavyweight boxer Lewis Williams, who brought home gold at the Games. Lewis will talk about his experience and his achievements in his career thus far.
As well as this, attendees will hear from Samantha Oxborough, a classically trained mezzo soprano who performed the national anthem at this summer 's Opening Ceremony.
Jason Boden and Dave Loughran-Smith of Brand Your Office will also be delivering presentations during the event, speaking on the company 's range of products and design services for offices and workspaces.
Unique raffle prizes are up for grabs on the day, including:

The event takes place from 6.45am to 9.45am on Monday 19 September at St. Andrew 's.
