Gateley launches new consultancy group to support clients
Gateley, the professional services group, has announced the launch of multidisciplinary consultancy Gateley Built Environment.
The new consultancy will bring together 325 professionals to support clients across the property and construction sector.
Gateley Built Environment unites four established and successful consultancy businesses: Gateley Smithers Purslow, Gateley Vinden, Gateley RJA and Gateley Hamer, under a single market-facing identity.
The move combines expertise across building consultancy, engineering, architecture and planning, cost and project management, land and development, geospatial and utility services, and expert advisory work.
Marking a significant milestone in the development of Gateley’s Property Platform, the initiative will further strengthen collaboration between its circa 600 technical consultancy and legal professionals while enhancing its national offering for insurance, commercial, residential and public sector clients.
Callum Nuttall, (pictured) partner and head of Gateley’s Property Platform, said: “Our property platform proposition, which provides a one-stop shop combining legal and consultancy expertise under one roof, has already positioned us at the forefront of the property and construction industry.
“Building on this service excellence, the launch of Gateley Built Environment simplifies our extensive range of services for the market, deepens cross-disciplinary working relationships across the property platform and wider group, and creates greater opportunities to attract and develop the best industry talent.
“The launch also comes at a time of significant public and private sector investment across the UK's built environment in areas such as housing, transport, energy, water and digital infrastructure.
Gateley Built Environment strengthens our ability to meet growing client demand for multidisciplinary expertise delivered through a single adviser at every stage of the land and property lifecycle.”
