Professional services group Gateley has strengthened its executive leadership team with two senior hires.

Hill has previously held senior HR leadership roles in complex national and international businesses and across multiple sectors ranging from professional services through to manufacturing and retail, and most recently held the same position at legal provider DWF.

Helen will also join the group’s board.

Gateley has also hired Simon Drinkwater to the newly-created role of change director, as it continues to build its business transformation capability and deliver its acquisition strategy.

Simon is an experienced change leader and most recently worked for FTSE 250 banking provider OSB Group, who he helped steer through a major acquisition, business transformation programme, and managed a significant change portfolio across the bank.

Simon will lead a team of change professionals across the company and will support the smooth integration of new businesses into the group through Gateley’s acquisitive business model.

Victoria Garrad, chief operating officer at Gateley, said: “We are delighted to welcome Helen and Simon to Gateley in what is an exciting time for the company.

“Both bring with them a wealth of experience and will support us to achieve our ambitions for organic and acquisitive growth. I am looking forward to working with them.”

In addition, Gateley has also hired Ben Carter as head of technology innovation.

Carter joins from Pinsent Masons where he held a similar role and will lead on the delivery of innovative solutions for the business and its clients.
