Give unwanted items a new lease on life at Future Faces Swap Shop
Future Faces have announced they will be holding a ‘Swap Shop’ on Wednesday, 26 June, hosted and sponsored by Park Regis Birmingham.
The event’s aim is to promote a greener lifestyle and reduce waste by giving unwanted items a new lease on life, while also raising funds for the Future Faces chosen charity, Birmingham Mind, through a £5 ticket charge upon entry.
Attendees are invited to bring items in good condition that they no longer need, such as clothing or accessories. In exchange, you can browse the collection of items that others have brought and take home whatever catches your eye. It's a fantastic way to declutter sustainably and save money.
John Angus, managing director at Switch Management Ltd, which manages Park Regis Birmingham, commented: “As a Birmingham-based company, we’re proud to support the local business community, and committed to creating opportunities for the region’s next generation of hospitality talent and future property management professionals.
“It’s fantastic to be working with Future Faces as their members look to raise money for Birmingham Mind, and we hope the Sky Gallery will provide the perfect backdrop for their upcoming Swap Shop event.”
