Gowling announces five partner promotions – including three in Birmingham
Gowling WLG has announced the promotion of five lawyers to its partnership – with three of those in Birmingham.
The promotions takes effect from the 1 May and the new partners are:
- Nick Bridgman, Specialist Real Estate Services – Birmingham
- Simon Elliott, Corporate – Dubai
- Elayna Rattenbury, Housing Development and Regeneration – Birmingham
- Hannah Swindle, Employment – Birmingham
- Dr. Kathrin Weber, Corporate – Frankfurt
Nick Bridgman advises real estate clients on their asset management needs within the Specialist Real Estate Services team.
Simon Elliott is a corporate lawyer with experience advising on transactions in the technology and energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting the firm’s growth ambitions in key markets.
Elayna Rattenbury is a partner in the Housing Development and Regeneration team and has established a strong practice advising on major residential development projects.
Hannah Swindle is an expert in TUPE and transactional employment matters and plays a central role in supporting corporate and real estate transactions across the firm.
Dr. Kathrin Weber is a corporate lawyer specialising in complex cross‑border M&A and will support the continued growth of the firm’s German corporate practice.
