Graduate building surveyor bolsters property team

Pennycuick Collins, a leading independent property consultancy based in Birmingham, have bolstered their Building Consultancy department with their latest appointment, Andreas Coombs, who joins the team as a graduate building surveyor.

Recent instructions for the Building Consultancy team include a multi-million-pound warehouse extension, a major refurbishment of a Grade II Listed building and a number of cladding remediation projects on high rise residential developments both within the Midlands and further afield.

Due to these high-profile instructions, Pennycuick Collins have been in a position to welcome new team members to their firm.

Andreas joins Pennycuick Collins with 13 years of experience within the legal and property sector. His wealth of knowledge will allow him to join an already experienced team and help drive the company forward.
