Guide for Cannock Chase to help tourists get around
A new guide on Cannock Chase has been launched to help tourists, visitors and residents get more from their visit to the idyllic region.
The guide will act as a one-stop-shop for residents, tourists and visitors who want to find out what the district has to offer.
It showcases all the incredible places in the district spanning across the three main town centres: Cannock, Hednesford and Rugeley and the surrounding areas.
It 's packed full of information about things to do and places to visit, plus there 's also a Heritage Trail map with walking routes and cycle trails.
The guide will be available to pick up from various locations including visitor centres, B&B 's and accommodation providers amongst others. It is also available online via https://www.cannockchasedc.gov.uk/visitors/what-do/visit-cannock-chase
Councillor Mike Sutherland, portfolio leader for District Development said “As we move through the Government 's roadmap and with more people having staycations, the launch of this guide is perfect timing. We are blessed to live in a wonderful area and this guide showcases all it has to offer from, walks and cycle trails, to designer shopping, there 's something for everyone. ”
