Headpoint Advisors boost origination capability with new appointment
Headpoint Advisors has appointed Joshua Green to its team, further strengthening the firm’s origination capability nationally and specifically across the Midlands and Thames Valley.
Joshua joins Headpoint from Spencer Stuart, where he supported private equity firms with the hiring of investment, capital raising and operations professionals.
Through this work, he developed a strong understanding of investor priorities and buyer dynamics, bringing valuable insight into how businesses are positioned for investment and growth.
In his new role, Joshua will focus on driving direct origination, working closely with business owners, management teams and investors across the core regions and nationally. He will be based across Headpoint’s Birmingham and Reading offices.
Joshua grew up in Reading and studied Economics at the University of Kent.
His move into corporate finance reflects a desire to work more closely with businesses on growth and strategic outcomes, building on his experience advising private equity clients.
