Midlands Health and Safety Consultancy (MHSC) is celebrating a significant milestone in its continued growth - retaining over 100 clients.

The regional organisation says the milestone reflects the strong relationships  fostered, its expertise and the ongoing loyalty of valued clients.

The impressive growth signals a new era for MHSC, with its team expanding alongside the client base, strengthening the ability to provide a first-class service across a range of health and safety disciplines.

The expansion brings with it a growing depth of knowledge, experience and passion - all backed by the team's relentless commitment to delivering the highest standards in health and safety.

In September 2023, MHSC welcomed Sam Perry to the team as a newly appointed Health and Safety Advisor. Sam brings a wealth of experience from his background in the construction industry, where he previously held a role as a Steeplejack, managing high-risk teams and projects, often at significant heights.

His expertise in safely navigating complex operations has already become an asset for MHSC. Continuing his professional development, Sam successfully passed his NEBOSH Construction Certificate in January 2024, adding to his NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Fire Certificates.

Meanwhile, in February 2025, the group introduced another new team member, Martin Ryan, bringing extensive experience from both the construction and waste treatment sectors.

Martin's expertise, combined with his Lead Auditor ISO 45001 qualification, further strengthens the group’s ability to guide clients toward industry best practices.

The following month, Michael Clough came on board as new Trainee Health and Safety Advisor, following the successful completion of his NEBOSH General Certificate.

In October 2023, MHSC completed the transformation of its first permanent office space, another significant milestone for the organisation.

Now relocated to its new Midlands-based HQ, the premises enable team meetings and training sessions to be facilitated more effectively.

December 2024 was another momentous time for MHSC, as Senior Health and Safety Consultant Chad Bott graduated from the University of Birmingham with a MSc in Health, Safety and Environment Management with Merit.

Training is a key priority at MHSC, with team members Sam and Martin recently completing their Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

The organisation is also proud to be a community partner of Birmingham City FC, further strengthening  ties with the local community.

MHSC Senior Health and Safety Consultant Chad Bott said: “MHSC is excited about what the future holds as we grow alongside our clients - delivering the highest standard of health and safety service.”
