Health firm hosts month-long fundraising initiative
Circle Rehabilitation has partnered with the charity SameYou to organise a variety of fundraising activities throughout April.
They are inviting staff and patients to get involved as well as the general public.
Fundraising events such as art auctions, cake baking competitions for children and adults and 5K runs and walks will be taking place, with all funds raised via the activities being donated to donated to SameYou.
SameYou was founded by actor and philanthropist Emilia Clarke, after she suffered two life threatening brain haemorrhages, to improve access to brain injury recovery services for survivors of brain injuries and stroke.
Her mother, Jenny Clarke, CEO of SameYou said, “SameYou 's vision is of a future where anyone affected by brain injury gets the support they need to recover. It is a huge task and the support of Circle Rehabilitation is so important and appreciated.
"We look forward to the many ways in which the team at Circle Rehabilitation can help us make a bigger impact to the lives of brain injury and stroke survivors ”.
Circle Rehabilitation is a clinical facility specialising in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, helping patients recover from a variety of injuries and conditions.
