Health service announces expansion of services
Randox Health are expanding their female hormone and fertility health checks.
Following the success of the Everywoman comprehensive health check, which tests for over 150 data points, Randox Health have continued to expand on their female hormone and fertility health offering to promote preventative health.
The newly developed health checks aim to provide a complete picture of female health concerns. An existing range of tests for Anti-Mllerian Hormone (AMH) and Female Hormone have now been expanded to include Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Menopause, and Fertility health.
The fertility health check measures over 45 data points linked to reproductive hormone levels and ovarian reserve, ideal for anyone trying to conceive or thinking about having a baby.
Patients can also learn how changes due to menopause or perimenopause could increase risk of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis while measuring the levels of several key hormones linked to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) to better understand the risk of associated conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and high cholesterol.
Female health checks start from £39. Use code HEALTH10 for 10 per cent off all in-clinic health checks.
David Ferguson, chief operating officer said: “Over the past few years, we have seen an increase in the number of women taking health into their own hands.
“At Randox Health, we provide a range of specialised health packages that enable you to gain a complete picture of female health concerns including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), menopause, and advanced fertility.
The extensive range provides the tests you need to take a proactive approach to help monitor and improve your health. ”
