Housing provider appoints technical director
Solihull-based Living Space Housing has promoted Alex Jones to the position of technical director, in recognition of the pivotal role he is playing in the continued expansion of the business.
32-year-old Alex Jones joined Living Space Housing 18 months ago from construction company Torsion Group, where he was a Design Manager.
Prior to that, he was a Design and Build Coordinator at Kier Living. He has a BSc in Computer Aided Design and Construction from the University of Wolverhampton.
Mr Jones is leading the technical management of all Living Space 's live and upcoming residential schemes. His remit includes developing drawings at the pre-construction stage, appointing and managing consultants, and being responsible for the day to day running of live developments.
He is also skilled in remediating complex and challenging brownfield land.

He then continues to play a pivotal role within the wider team once we break ground and develop out each site.
