Insurance brokers expand regional leadership team

Insurance brokers Adler Fairways has appointed two new branch directors to lead its Bristol and Birmingham offices.

Oliver James joins Adler Fairways as branch director for the Bristol office.

With over 14 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Oliver brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record in client service and team development.

His previous roles include key positions at Consumer Intelligence and Brunel Group, where he was instrumental in driving regional growth.

In Birmingham, Rachael George (pictured) steps into the role of branch director.

With 25 years at NFU Mutual, Rachel brings valuable insight into both commercial, agricultural insurance sectors and High Net Worth.

Rachael joins Lillo A Pitrolino, who was appointed as a regional director at the end of 2024. Together, they will focus on enhancing client service and supporting business development across the Midlands.
