Insurance brokers receive accolade for ‘outstanding’ customer service
Edgbaston-based specialists Norton Insurance Brokers have been awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award on Feefo – the highest possible accreditation.
The accomplishment reflects their dedication to providing an exceptional service for customers.
Feefo is the world's largest provider of verified reviews.
The Platinum Trusted Service Award is given to businesses that demonstrate an ‘outstanding’ service to customers – including meeting the criteria of receiving at least 50 reviews with an overall rating of at least 4.5, for three consecutive years.
Norton far exceeded these criteria by receiving 484 reviews with an average rating of 4.8.
