Insurance brokers to host free webinar on people and practices for inclusion
Insurance brokers and Chamber patrons Adler Fairways has announced a new webinar which focuses on aligning people, policies and practices for inclusion.
Happening on 24 June from 9.30 to 10.30 am, the free webinar will include a panel of experts including Steve Herbert, brand ambassador for occupational health assessments, Matt Jenkin, an experienced employment lawyer and partner at Herrington Carmichael LLP, and Adler Fairways health and wellbeing director Steve Hope.
The session will mainly focus on;
- The current challenges facing organisations, from multigenerational workforces to reflecting on what has been a year of change within the People environment
- The Employment Rights Bill and its impact on an age diverse workforce
The team will also be answering questions through a panel style Q&A.
Steve Hope has 20 years of experience in the employee benefits, health, and protection insurance industry, helping businesses and individuals find the right coverage and support.
He is an expert in helping employers show they care, attract top talent, and improve team performance.
Steve works with companies to create benefit packages that go beyond the basics – boosting employee wellbeing, engagement, and loyalty.
