International DJ to headline ‘MidlandsMania’ at Edgbaston

BRIT Award nominated DJ Joel Corry (pictured) – who has five top ten UK singles – will be the headline music act at the first MidlandsMania T20 double-header at Edgbaston.

The international music star, who has over five billion global streams and sold over 11 million singles in the UK, will be performing in the interval between the day’s two matches.

It’s the first time a UK chart-topping artist has performed at a Vitality Blast fixture.

MidlandsMania on Saturday 14 June features two men’s T20s rivalry games – Derbyshire Falcons v Leicestershire Foxes and Bears v Notts Outlaws. 

Joel Corry, who has collaborated with stars such as Tom Grennan, David Guetta and Jason Derulo, will complete the line-up for what will be an epic day of music, cricket and entertainment.

Early Bird tickets are on sale now from only £27, while under 16s are available from £5.

Commercial director, Adam Lowe said: “It’s a massive coup for us to secure an act of Joel’s calibre for the first ever MidlandsMania in 2025.

“He’s an international star and a big UK personality, and we’re delighted to have him performing at Edgbaston to entertain fans in between the two big men’s Midlands rivalry games.

“Blast Off has been a huge success over the last two years, and now as MidlandsMania it’s getting even bigger.”
