IT consultancy partners with employment charity

5R Data, a Birmingham-based IT consultancy firm, have announced a new partnership with Smart Works Birmingham.

The partnership was made to support Smart Work 's vision of helping women in need break the cycle of rejection and deprivation that results from unemployment.

5R Data will be working with Smart Works Birmingham in a 12-month partnership, with a target to contribute £10,000 in total through volunteering and fundraising events.

During the partnership, employees from across the country will be leading coaching sessions, employability workshops and hosting several fundraising events throughout the year.

Smart Works, launched in 2016, is an innovative UK charity that provides interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. Their services are provided by highly skilled, trained volunteers who dedicate their time to helping Smart Works ' clients succeed. Since their establishment, Smart Works has supported more than 700 women with their dressing and interview service.

5R Data is an IT consultancy firm that helps their clients to transform their businesses into user-centric, cloud-based and data-driven organisations. They actively engage in charitable initiatives, such as their partnership with Smart Works, in order to empower local communities and create a culture of well-being and cohesion.
