BrokenStones, a managed IT service provider based in Staffordshire, has announced that it has been acquired by Rydal Group for an undisclosed fee.

This acquisition will strengthen Broken Stones ' clients with access to additional services that will benefit their businesses. Not only this, but it will also bolster Rydal Group 's position within the managed IT industry by providing Rydal with another location to operate from.

Broken Stones will continue operating from its Lichfield offices, with no immediate changes. The existing management team and employees of Broken Stones will integrate into Rydal Groups ' structure with a primary focus on helping them further expand their IT Managed Services to its clients.
