Join centre 's Jubilee celebrations

A Sutton Coldfield shopping centre is hosting a weekend of celebrations to mark the Queen 's Platinum Jubilee.

The Gracechurch Centre has joined forces with the Sutton Coldfield BID to put on a weekend of entertainment in the centre and around the town.

The festivities kick off on Thursday 2 June with free face painting and a bubble-ologist to entertain shoppers.

On Friday 3 June, the entertainment continues with Jubilee-themed stilt walkers roaming around the centre, mime performers and balloon modelling.

On Saturday 4 June, there will be an appearance from gliding butterfly stilt walkers as well as more mime performances, balloon magic and live music from the Generations choir between 11am and 2pm.

Shoppers can also pick up Jubilee essentials to continue the celebrations at home, with bunting, balloons, face paints, memorabilia and much more.
