Chasebassadors, the community network for business owners across the Cannock Chase district, has confirmed the next three dates in its Founded on the Chase meetup series, running on Friday mornings through to December.

The series launched on 11 September at Fallow Forest Cafe & Venue with guest speaker Dave James.

The next three sessions offer practical insights from local experts including Sophie Allen from Serrano Media, Leigh Franks from Talking Frankly Therapy, and Elisabeth Carley-Leonard from Vibes & Visibility.

Sophie Allen, the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year for Creative Industries and Culture, will talk about brand strategy this Friday. The session will help business owners to communicate accurately with clients.

Leigh Franks from Talking Frankly Therapy will deliver a session on the psychology of being the boss, confidence, imposter syndrome, and the isolation around running a business. It will take place on Friday 20 November.

Elisabeth Carley-Leonard from Vibes & Visibility will help attendees step out of the logo and show up on social media with confidence on Friday, 11 December.

All three sessions run from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Fallow Forest Cafe & Venue, Cannock, with free parking on site.

Tickets are £10 each via Eventbrite, a fee set to cover the cost of running each morning.

Chasebassadors was founded by Neil Betts, founder of a business growth consultancy Go True North and vice president of Cannock Chase Chamber of Commerce.

The network has already confirmed 20 speakers from across the local business community, and brings together start-ups, established owners and everyone in between.

Neil Betts said: "There's no shortage of talent on the Chase. What's often missing is a room where business owners can be honest about what's working and what isn't, and learn from people who've actually been there.

“That's what Founded on the Chase is for. No polish, no pretence, just good people helping each other build better businesses.

“September proved the appetite is there, and these three speakers are going to make the rest of the year well worth getting out of bed for on a Friday."

The series sits alongside Go True North's Vision to Venture programme and podcast, which supports people turning business ideas into working ventures.
